It may be hot in the kitchen with this unexpected good fortune of weather but I still seem to be doing as much baking as ever! So I thought I’d share some of my recent summer cupcakes.
Carrot cupcakes with walnuts and raisins coated with a swirl of cream cheese topping- simple but tasty!
A bouquet of vanilla cupcakes topped with hand piped pink buttercream roses- too pretty to eat!
And my personal favourite, vanilla cupcakes decorated with edible hand crafted hydrangeas in cool shades of blue- a breath of fresh air in the heat.
NB: it’s now started raining as I get to the end of this post-honestly English weather!
